Roommates needed to TAKE OVER OUR LEASE :) - Price: $499 in Minneapolis, Kansas

 
My roommate and I are looking to move in January so we need 1 or 2 females to take over our lease starting in January. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom shared unit and the other bedroom currently has 2 girls in it. So, 1 person can take over the entire 2nd bedroom and bathroom for 998/month OR 2 people can share the bedroom and bathroom for 499 each/month. Because you would be taking over our lease you will go through an application process through the manager then once approved you can sign the lease! It is a really quick and easy process! If you are interested we will give you the contact info for the manager and we can get this process moving! A little about the unit: like I said two other girls are living here, they are super friendly, and they have some furniture for the living room (357 sq. ft) if you don't, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. All utilities are included in the rent except cable, so if you would want that you could go in on that with the other roommates. There is also controlled access to the building via key fob. Free fitness center, community/study room, and bike storage. There is also tanning and parking available! Also, there is laundry in the unit so you don't have to worry about a gross laundry facility. WALK-IN closet :) Finally, it is just a quick walk to the U of M east bank and there is a great view of downtown out all the windows!  email: beble005@umn.edu  we want this done asap :)
